Transfer content from Premiere to Bolt....process broken?

I bought just a Bolt+ to replace two of my Premiere's. I transferred (via Tivo Online) the content from one Premiere to the Bolt. At least I think it's all there, but now I doubt that based on my next observations.

I transferred the content from the second Premiere and a lot of video moved over, but at some point it failed at around maybe 1/3 done. I look at the "To Do List" and there is nothing to be transferred. Ok.. back to the online transfer process. It fails again. I try again. It...
