V112 TiVo Code

Hi Everyone, I am new to TiVo. All in all, I like the service, but am having a few issues.

I have gotten random V112 and C412 (I think) codes.

I was on the phone with Charlotte from TiVo customer support for a good while last night trying to get the system to work.

My problem is at random intervals, the Mini's in my house will not be able to watch live TV, My Shows, or nothing at all.

The system is hooked up through Ethernet.
