Find subtitled films/movies

I really want a wish list that will select all movies with subtitles. Ideally, I would be able to wish for

French subtitles

Italian subtitles

Japanese subtitles, etc



Also I wish there were a quick way to turn off TIVO subtitles, when there are already built-in subtitles.
