Mini and Premiere XL Two Tuner

I understand I cannot allocate a tuner from the premiere to the mini, but can I stream recordings over my network? I have a Roamio Pro and a Premiere XL 2 tuner DVR. I could use the Pro to watch live tv. The XL has a separate set of season passes and I would like to know if the mini will play them.
