TiVo Desktop Server Will Not Stay Active

Hello, first I want to say thank you for your assistance, I am new to the site but have been a TiVo user for years. My problem is My TiVo Desktop Plus server will not stay active. This has been going on for months and support has had me reinstall 3 times with no success. Once I start the application a large box appears (Security Warning) Do you want to run this application, Running this application may be a security risk. The certificate used to identify this application has expired. I click accept the risk and want to run and click run. This is a Java warning, I assume. Immediately I receive another small box that says, Application error Unable to launch the application, Name TiVo Photos, Publisher TiVo Inc. Location The system will remain open and I can transfer media rom my receivers but I am unable to transfer back to a receiver to watch because the server will not remain active. Any assistance in helping me correct the problem is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Fred
