Tivo Premiere XL Lifetime + Extended warranty until 8/14/15

I am selling my backup Premiere XL that has Lifetime and extended warranty. I never had any issues with it. I upgraded to the Roamio plus to get four extra tuners out of the cable card, along with the other improvements in the Roamio Line.
