Any one else have strange Record activity?

Since the Summer update, my Roamio occasionally pretends to record shows. I say pretends because it turns on the red record light, and if I check my four tuners, I will find one that shows the record icon, and if I check the Guide for the channel to which the tuner is tuned, it will show that the program is being recorded. But nothing appears in "My Shows" or "To Do List" before, during, or after the record light activity.



I've checked my Season Passes, Wishlists and Manual Recordings and nothing matches the show that is seemingly being recorded. I've checked the History, and nothing appears for the program that the Tivo pretended to record. Anyone else see this kind of behavior? Or have suggestions for what else I should check?
