Recording first showing of episodes across 2 channels?

I've set 2 Season Passes for Gravity Falls. This season, Disney's airing it on 2 channels, with newest episodes airing on both channels. Is there some way to setup season passes to properly grab the episodes as they first air on either channel? That is, when episode 2 airs on channel X for the first time, it'll grab that, but when episode 3 airs first on channel Y, it'll grab that too. I setup one season pass on each channel, to record first showings only, and it failed to record the new episode that aired last night, with a reason of 'Duplicate'. I assume this means that the airing this coming Friday of that episode is what's "duplicating".



Do I need to make a Wish list to accomplish this, or is there some trick to season passes that will let this work?
