I always thought that you recovered vessels at the stern and not the bow of the ship. Because it's the lowest part of the boat. But, I guess it was more dramatic to walk all the way down the foredeck with Cossetti's body.
I picked the wrong red shirt in this ep. I thought for sure it would be Miller. But having Kara die, who lost both parents in 9/11 (one a firefighter, no less) does create more pathos.
It looks like Dr. Croft has indeed found "The Cure." Of course, it would have gone faster if she had administered two amps of Sodium Bicarb, then started an IV D5W, TKO with Ringer's Lactate. ;)
I think that the commander might have attended a few classes at the William Shatner School For Acting.
