Possible to mirror tivo iPad app to Apple TV?

Hi,

Is it possible to mirror the tivo app to an Apple TV when I'm outside of my home network? I have a roamio and several minis. Alternatively, is it possible to use a mini via a VPN now, while outside my home network? Thanks for any feedback.
