Suggestion Option is missing

I recently upgraded to a Tivo Roamio Plus, and two Mini's. Everything is working great, but I noticed that the Suggestions section is blank. I've rated tons of shows, but nothing. Early on I did set it to not record suggestions but I didn't think this would stop it from at least populating the Suggestions section. So I decide to go check the setting and, there is none. Made sure I was looking in the right place, etc.. I have done a restart, and a clear suggestions reset, to no avail.



Has this happened to anyone else, I did a search and came up empty (other than alot of hatred to auto recording of suggestions).
