will Suddenlink show Video on Demand with a Tivo Roamio

Does anyone know, if I purchase a new Tivo Roamio at Best Buy and Suddenlink is my cable provider, will I be able to watch Video on Demand (Pay per View) ?



I would prefer not to purchase the Tivo from Suddenlink because the version they offer is last generation.
