I can never get through a day without having to re-start my mini to get it to connect to my roamio. Even then, I often get audio drop-out and latency issues after re-starting. I get a couple of errors - One states that the Roamio cannot be found, the other says "Can't Watch Now" and suggest a problem with the home network (v112). Each of my TiVo devices is connected via Ethernet cable to one of the four Gigabit Ethernet ports on the back of my Motorola Surfboard SBG6782-AC Gateway. TiVo tech support, in all their wisdom, first suggested that I had a bad mini and recommended I swap it out with a re-furbished unit. Now I have a re-furbished mini instead of a new one and the exact same issue. I really want to throw the whole mess away and go back to Comcast equipment!!! Anyone know what might be going on?
