"Thumbs Up to Record" accompanied by a sound?

Simple question: I was fast forwarding through a program this evening, and all of a sudden, I heard a chime. It took me a minute of fast forwarding/rewinding to figure out it was when the "Thumbs up to Record" was on screen.



I don't recall it ever doing that before. Has it always done that, and I just don't remember? If not, anyone know when that started?
