Android 3.0 cannot access one Premiere

For some strange reason the Android 3.0 App cannot access one of my Premieres in my home on the same LAN. When selecting that DVR is says "Version 2 Required"

This Premiere is Upgraded to 2TB,
Strangely I can access the Premiere, also Upgraded to 2TB, at my sisters home.
Also have no problem accessing the XL4 or Roamio Pro or Minis

I have Video sharing & Enable video downloads checked at tivo.com
I have Network Remote Enabled
I have renamed the device, and rebooted many times, this has been going on since 3.0 was released.

pyTiVo and KMTTG can access the Premiere also.

Any Ideas?
