I've been catching up with Chicago Fire.
If the episode "I Am the Apocalypse" isn't a pilot for a spin off, I'll eat a fire hose. http://ift.tt/1FsmktN http://ift.tt/1KZVHdH
S. Epatha Merkerson as the boss ("Akalaitis",) Oliver Platt as the head of Psychiatry with amazing perceptive skills, another pretty boy doctor who is the Chicago P.D. cop's brother with the pretty blonde female doctor and maybe another, and Severide's long lost old girl friend as a doctor.
Look for a new Dick Wolf series Chicago Med on an NBC near you.
Nurse Jackie meets Emergency meets ER.
Sayyyy...whatever happened to the idea that Paramedics worked as instructed by real MDs "Rampart!" over the radio, as they did on Emergency? My guess is that the call load got too high for that to work so paramedics were given more training and empowered with the authority to treat.
