I've noticed this a couple times now, where playback images just drop resolution, while audio is fine.
It looks like someone took the image, froze it, and reduced the resolution, with big squares, kinda like an old 8-bit atari screen. It's not MPEG signal dropouts, I've seen that before.
It's a full screen image, kinda like this
Any ideas as to what might be going on?
