How many more units could TiVo sell if they were plug and play?

Let's face it, the average person cannot handle installing a TiVo. Between setting up a network, getting a cable card and TA from a cable company, getting them paired. And then going through the whole guided setup process. I know some of the setup can be done with a truck roll.

Tons of people would get a TiVo if all they had to do was attached it to the cable feed like a cable company DVR. Yeah, I know that because of all the differences between cable company equipment this is unfeasible.
