Rather shocking. It only took me about 40 minutes with the first guy I talked to. I was moving a CC from a Premiere to my new Roamio. There were lots of putting me on hold when I assume he was asking for help. Also, he seemed to be using nomenclature for a Moto car whereas I have Cisco so I had to make some gueses. But, in the end, he did it.
