I'm not sure if this a Roamio issue but figured I'd start here.
Before the roamio, I'd noticed a drop in sound from time to time. Since we've gotten the roamio there are occasional drops in sound as well as sometimes the TiVo info will just pop up during a show. You know, the on screen info that shows what program you're watching, etc. wife and kids says it's happened ever since we got it april 2014. I just noticed it. I just noticed it the other day.
We have it on disney channel 95% of the time and they said they've not notice it on other channels. But that might just be because they rarely watch other channels.
I've since purchased a new receiver and swapped hdmi cables so it's not those.
Could just be Comcast?? But I don't recall it happening in the bedroom with the mini.
Anything I can do to verify what the issue is?
