Resolving ComCast cable card issues (V53, V58, pairing) etc

I am happy to share the solution that worked for me
1 log into your Comcast account
2 goto support>forums
3 Search for V53
4 Find ComcastTed’s remarks, and send ComcastTeds a PM with your cable card info
a. Cable Id
b. Host Id
c. Cable Card Serial number (all letters)
d. Your phone number
5 They resolved my issue is less than 24 hours.
6 They followed up with a phone call after they fixed my issue
