webcast videos - can someone post a guide for Tivo HD and Roamio

I have a TivoHD and a Roamio.

Its been a while since Ive used them for web cast videos. The last time I Set them up was for Tekzilla and HD Nation. Since they both got canceled months ago, I heard Leo Laport's The Screen Savers is returning today.

I cant see where to set this to download on my Tivo HD.

Also, for the Roamio, I can only stream web videos. I cant seem to figure out how to download web videos onto my Roamio.

I would much prefer to download instead of stream. Can someone list the steps on how to do that for both my Tivo HD and my Roamio? It seems to be a different menu for each unit and it gets confusing.
