Empty folders

So, a few of my 1P folders won't delete when I've watched all episoides on Tivo. They are set to recording only, so it's not online streams (though my SNL 1P is set to the same and STILL shows 41 years of streams).

What is the fix? I don't want empty folders cluttering things up.
