Forgive my ignorance here but I recently got a Bolt and 2 minis and they are working great and I'm very happy with them.
My question is about the 30 minute buffer that would be available on each of the 4 tuners on the Bolt at any given time, and if they could be accessed by the mini, assuming I select one of the tuners that has been on "X" channel for 30 minutes or more.
I could swear I saw this one night in my home when going to my bedroom where the mini is, and switching between 2 channels that I left the Bolt on, prior to going upstairs. The mini maintained (I think, unless I am losing my mind) a buffer on each channel as I bounced back and forth with the enter button.
I have not seen this for about 2 weeks now, and have been very specifically leaving the Bolt on specific channels and then selecting them from the mini in the bedroom but I get no buffer at all now. I live alone so no one is changing the Bolt channels and I am trying this when no recordings are happening that might also change the tuner channels.
Any ideas? I really am sure I saw the buffers once, but none at all since. Time for a rubber room? And a nice new suit with sleeves that tie in the back?:)
