Is PKM800 Cable Card the latest?

I'm upgrading from my old TivoHD to a Tivo Bolt and I'm wondering if I should trade in my old cable card for a new one.
I have a PKM800 from 2007. Is it true that the technology hasn't changed at all in 10 years?

I'm with TWC, so unless there is a very good reason to have to deal with them, I'd rather skip the aggravation.
