No MLB App

I signed up for the MLB premium service through T-Mobile (because its free). I now want to watch on my Tivo Premiere XL4 box but I cannot find the app. I've looked at the "Apps and Games" menu and it is not there. There is a sub-menu for Showcases but it does not show this app either.

How do I find the app?
