pyTivo Transfer not working

I have a Roamio which I am upgrading from a 3 TB drive to 6 TB. I have all the tivo files I wanted to transfer sitting on my computer, used kmttg to move them. When trying to use kmttg with pyTivo to move them back it seems to try to transfer but pyTivo shows a 0 transfer rate. On my Tivo, it shows the show but there is nothing there. I have tried disabling the Windows firewall and it has not helped.

What would cause this? What should I try? I can't seem to find any information about this happening to anyone else.
