Skip Feature Not Working For Jeopardy

I get skip mode on maybe 1 episode a week (usually on friday) but all other episodes don't get skip mode.

Does anyone know why this is? Is this happening for anyone else? Does it have something to do with Jeopardy airing at different times in different states? or something with CBS?
