Video issue with amazon prime movies

Hey all, need a little help here.

I have a tivo roamio, I watch a lot of Netflix which looks fine and I sometimes use amazon prime videos which just recently is acting up.

The video looks like it is vetically stretched, everything looks too tall, changing the aspect ratio in the tv didn't do anything... Any ideas?
