Watching Internet Programs?

As a new TiVo user, I'm having trouble figuring out how to watch Internet TV shows (that can be streamed or downloaded) on my TiVo. Specifically, I wanted to watch the Louis CK program Horace and Pete (louisck.net).

I've downloaded episodes to my PC. How do I watch it on TiVo?
