What is the CCI Byte set by your provider on the MLB Extra Innings

Very strange. It appears that the CCI Byte is set to 0x00 on the 2 HD MLB Extra Innings channels from Time Warner Cable, but the Standard Def MLB Extra Innings channels the CCI Byte is either 0x02 or 0x03 (some of the channels it is 0x02 and then for the other channels it is 0x03). I am curious as to what other people are seeing from their cable providers.
