Will ATT U-verse cat5 setup work if I drop U-v for TiVo?

I currently have a coax U-verse network connecting a router and 2 tvs. ATT will upgrade my system to Cat5 (pretty sure for free) since their new equipment doesn't work over coax.

If I later drop U-Verse for an antenna + TiVo, will the cat5 setup be everything I need to plug and play? If not, what else would I need?
