Bad HDMI port on Mini

I have a 2 year old Mini that just started having problems. There appears to be no HDMI output. I have tried 2 different TVs and HDMI cables and still no luck. (this Mini has previously worked with both of these 2 TVs). I have also tried the resolution button on the bottom. I have another Mini that works fine with the 2 above TVs and cables. The component video out does work. Is there any economical way to fix this or should I just be resigned to using it with component. Thanks.
