Audio issue with playback on Bolt +

I have recently upgraded to a Bolt + and 3 TiVo Minis. I can say coming from Premiere 4 TiVo I am very impressed. And of coarse there is always one issue that needs to be addressed. When I play back on the Bolt + I get an audio dropout randomly. I have tried going to 1080 resolution on my 4K Samsung but it is still there. Today while playing on a Mini the same show I noticed no audio drop outs at all.

Going to try PCM instead of Dolby tonight.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
