Harmony Touch Remote - Favorite Channels - Primary TiVo

I just got a Roamio OTA today.

I also have a Bolt with Verizon FIOS. Roamio OTA is sitting in the same entertainment center with the Bolt, everything controlled with a Harmony Touch remote from Logitech.

I set up everything OK, and picked up all major channels with my attic mounted antenna. Awesome!

I set up another activity on my remote called Antenna, to use with Roamio OTA. Everything is fine. The only problem is that when I switched my favorite channels to only be available with the Antenna activity on my Roamio (unfortunately with this remote, you cannot have different sets of favorite channels for one activity and different for the other), whenever I press the channel icon on favorites screen, Bolt channels gets changed, not Roamio's.

I made sure the new favorites I created are associated with the new "Antenna" activity, and not with the "Verizon Fios" activity I already had for my Bolt.

Any idea?

I read something on the Harmony desktop software about "making changes for primary device", which I take as making Roamio as primary tuner, but I have no idea how to do this. Searched google up and down, nothing.
