Metadata issue? No photos

Recently I find little or no photos or images displayed on the Bolt screens. I "explore this show"?> Cast and no photos for the actors that I know were once there. The thumbnails for the shows are also hit or miss. About 99% miss. Instead of a thumbnail for the show I get a generic one like a happy face.

Is there a way to fix this without doing a full reset?
