Problem with 11.0n update and guide data

My TiVo HD has been running great until it got snared in this latest update. My program guide data stopped coming in, so I tried forcing a service connection. After doing this, it says "Pending restart." So, I restart the TiVo and it just boots up normally, never saying anything about applying the update. On the system information screen, I am still at 11.0m, and still not getting any guide data. Forcing another service connection results in the exact same outcome over and over. Any thoughts on why it is not applying the update? This is the first time I've seen it say Pending restart, and then not actually do an update.
