Roamio Plus stuck on clearing guide data & the to do list

So i did kickstart 58 to stop it since it had been going for 10 hours when it said it should only take an hour and I was able to boot back up and watch TV but POOF!

All my recordings and onepasses where gone!



SMH.......

Any chance i can recover those recordings or am I SOL?
