Suggestions softweare gone.

After the program guide update my TIVO Roamio PRO lost the ability to record suggestions. In fact the section for random recordings is gone. This feature is unique to TIVO and one of it's great features. Without it TIVO is just like any other DVR with a few extra features.
I called support and they were unaware of this issue. I was given a case number and told to check back. Has this happened to anyone else??
