New House, New Bolt, MRV Issue

A couple of things have happened at the same time:

1) We've had an existing Premier XL4 and Roamio for a while, on the same network, seeing each other with no issue.

2) We bought a new Bolt a few weeks ago that we just set up on Friday because...

3) We just moved into a new house

4) Everything is on WiFi, very strong signal strength throughout the house

So in the course of the move, the new Bolt was set up with its cable card, it connects to the network just fine, strong signal...
