Pixelization predominately on commercials and not the actual show

I've an OTA Roamio (I don't recall if it can also do cable as I don't have cable).

I did replace the hard disk with a large one eons ago - meaning I don't recall when. But it was soon after purchase.

It has generally been working fine until this last week. Oh, the occasional pixel blemish.
