SD interface does not allow Netflix, Amazon, Etc..?

Having just received a Bolt+ in exchange for retiring a TiVoHD. I hooked my Premier Elite up to a secondary SD TV. Thinking that I would be able to now get Amazon and Netflix on that TV. But the apps seem to be missing. Can you not access them through the SD menu or am I just missing them?

Im going to be disappointed if In not able to use there. Even the old TiVoHD I just traded in could get Netflix.

are there any workarounds?
