75 Blank Entries in Recently Deleted Recordings

Sometime last year I deleted a hundred or so video blogs/recordings from my Premiere. These streaming videos were recorded years ago from a app/service that has been long removed. Anyway, I noticed that were about 123 blank entries in my Deleted Recordings that could not be permanently deleted. I was able to get this number down to 75 after letting the Deleted folder fill-up and then clearing-out the queue...but I cannot get the final 75 blank entries to disappear no matter how much time...
