I use a Sling Catcher combined with a Hauppauge HD PVR 2 to capture video from my Tivo units. I recently had to reinstall windows 8.1 on the desktop used for this purpose and had to reinstall the Hauppaure Capture software. I have used this setup without issue for several years however now when I either view live tv or attempt to capture the video appears correct but the audio is choppy and sounds almost like a "chipmunks" accerated . Not having any issue with other video audio playback so...
