Bolt + and Cox Cisco Tuning Adapter Coax Wiring

Just bought new Bolt + to integrate in a several years old TiVo XL4 and TiVo HD setup. I'm located in Northern Virginia using Cisco Tuning Adapter. Coax wiring in existing systems has coax coming from wall into tuning adapter then output from tuning adapter to the TiVo. This works fine. Current Cox tuning adapter setup diagrams have coax coming from wall to splitter, then one coax cable through POE filter to tuning adapter and second coax from splitter to TiVo.
