Bolt channel list for Comcast takes a while to display

On my Bolt, bringing up the Channel List (to check/uncheck which channels I want displayed in the guide) takes sometimes 3 seconds, sometimes 5 seconds to show display the list. On my Roamio it was much faster, perhaps less than a second. One time I got the Blue Spinning Circle and it just went back to TiVo Central, main screen. This is with Comcast cable with the 1000 channel #s enabled by Comcast.

Is this normal?
