Brighthouse (Spectrum), TiVo Bolt, Romeo and Tuning Adapters.

We have had Brighthouse (now Spectrum) for the past 10 years. We live in Lakeland, Florida. Three years ago we purchased a Romeo (no longer made) and two years ago one of the newly introduced Bolt for our Samsung Smart 4K SUHD TV. We knew we needed a CableCard for each TiVo so we called Brighthouse. They sent a Tech. out with a six year old, used CableCard. He never had ANY TiVo training. I asked him to step aside and I installed it. Turned out to be a defective, untested CableCard....
