I purchased a Tivo Mini for the bedroom. It is activated on my account. We have decided it is just not worth the hassle to set up a network etc and want to return it. I called to have it removed from my account before I send it back to Amazon and was told that it had lifetime service and could not be removed but it was still safe to return. Is that really the case?
