After I got the box I had to call Tivo because it was already activated on another account.
So I call Tivo and in no time it's switched to my account.
I then go to my account to pay for service and it reads:
"This DVR already has All-in plan service (previously known as Product Lifetime service). No other plans are available. "
Is this just a temporary error? Or did I hit...
