Direction Buttons on Slide Pro Remote Reversed

I've had a slide pro remote which I use with my Roamio pro. Yesterday, the directional buttons around the select button suddently became reversed ie to move the cursor down, I need to hit the left button, up is the right button, left is the down button etc. The direction button on the QWERTY slide part works fine and a regular tivo remote works fine so it's the the pad on the main part of the remote.

Any fixes for this or is replacement my only option?
